Initial discovery call and consultation
A minimum 12 week personalised fitness programme designed around your goals and lifestyle (Minimum of four, 3 week workout phases)
A mobile app to view and track your workouts
Library of video exercise demonstrations specific to your programme
A detailed training & nutrition guide
Weekly accountability check ins via email with video feedback
Unlimited WhatsApp / messaging / voice notes throughout the week
Access to a community FB group
A food diary analysis and lifestyle recommendations prior to starting the coaching (optional)
After your discovery call and consultation we will together work out the best programme for you. I will design and tailor each phase of the programme to suit your goals and we will schedule the programme around your lifestyle. You’ll receive your programme via a mobile app and it will be released to you in four, 3 week phases.
No matter your fitness level, or whatever your goals this programme will support you in your own journey. Whether it's a combination of home and gym workouts - I have you covered.
During our time together you will be required to complete weekly check in form to help keep you accountable. You'll be asked how well you're adhering to the plan, what went well, what could be improved, and if you are on track to achieving your goals. I’m here to help with any challenges you have and together we find a solution to get you back on track to achieve your goals.
As part of this programme, you will have unlimited access to me on WhatsApp / Messages throughout the week and I will be on hand to answer any of your questions. Typical support required;
Changing up of exercises when you can’t access a piece of equipment
Anything injury related
Questions about technique for exercises
Unmotivated or lack energy to complete your workout
Lost, confused or feeling unsure about your progress
Menu options when eating out - send through pictures and I can suggest other items on the menu
FOOD DIARY ANALYSIS
If you require feedback on your current diet or if you are struggling with your diet you have the option to send me your reports from MyFitnessPal. I will analyse them and provide feedback on any changes. This is not something that is required, more just an additional service to help you nail your nutrition.
