WHO'S IT FOR

Are you sometimes motivated to get into the gym & other times lack the energy and motivation? Are you ready to be inspired to workout differently and switch up your routine?

This programme will suit your lifestyle but you won’t need my advice on demand. Although not necessary, you’ll have some basic understanding of training in the gym and be ready to achieve the results your body has been looking for.

  • Initial discovery call and consultation

  • An initial 12 week personalised fitness programme designed around your goals and lifestyle (Minimum of four, 3 week workout phases)

  • A mobile app to view and track your workouts 

  • Library of video exercise demonstrations specific to your programme

  • A detailed training & nutrition guide

  • Accountability check ins via email

  • Access to a community FB group

THE PROGRAMME


After your discovery call and consultant we will together work out the best programme for you. I will design and tailor each phase of the programme to suit your goals and we will schedule the programme around your lifestyle. You’ll receive your programme via a mobile app and it will be released to you in four, 3 week phases.

No matter your fitness level, or whatever your goals are this programme will be designed to support you in your own journey. Whether it's a combination of home and gym workouts - I have you covered.

YOUR COMMITMENT + MY SUPPORT


Throughout the 12 weeks you will have the opportunity to check in with me via email at the end of each week. You’ll highlight what's worked and what hasn't and together we will ensure you're on track with your weekly goals. You'll hold yourself accountable when completing your workouts and you will track these on your app. You'll be part of a community completing your workouts and I will be available on email to answer any questions you may have. I'm always here to help you get back on track if you need some extra motivation.
