HEY, I'M MICHA!

Certified Personal Trainer, Class Instructor and mindfulness lover with a degree in Psychology. My mission is to motivate you to strengthen your mind+body while showing you that we don't need to achieve the 'dream body'. My drive is to get you moving because you love your body and for you to see movement as an opportunity to connect with yourself.

Motivating and supporting you on your fitness journey to dig a little deeper & focus on results from the inside out. You will receive a bespoke online workout programme via an app that delivers the results you’re after.
